Dr Moldovan is a rare find in the medical field, she has been my doctor for years and accurately diagnosed me and treated. I am so thankful for all the support Dr Moldovan and her staff gave/give me from listening to my complaints and frustrations to fighting insurance company for approval of specialty medicine. I could absolutely not navigate the field of auto immune diseases without her practice!
My husband, the patient, is a wheelchair user. This practice is NOT handicapped-accessible. There is a step up from the poorly paved parking lot to the office. I suggested they get a temporary ramp that could be deployed when needed. Three months later, they still didn't have one and claimed it was on order. Three months after that, I called to say we were on our way over and they should put out the temporary ramp. They said they didn't have one.
