Doctor Bartell did absolutely nothing during my appointment I paid an extensive copay to be seated in a office and to be suggested to another ENT bc he doesn’t take cases like mine, that should be discussed prior to taking appointments or copays for that matter.

Update: had been trying to get anyone to get on the phone or return my calls back 6 months ago so am surprised anyone else got connected. I haven't tried lately but considering my long association with Dr. Bartell, I assume some internal personnel issues. However, I need to be able to either reach the office, or get a call back..especially after dozen tries. So I am going elsewhere. Do not take reviews lightly! I called Dr. Bartell‘s office a week ago and the person who answered the phone said, “scheduling“… I asked whom am I speaking with, and they again replied “scheduling.“ Obviously they did not want to say their name so I said OK that’s why I must need an ear doctor, just laughing the lack of a response off. Dr Bartell was very nice and professional with us and our 9 year old daughter. We saw him for her persistent nose bleeds and he was able to help us and give a lot of great advice. We highly recommend him
