Not punctual and terrible bedside manner. I got there 15 minutes early (2:30pm) and he didn’t come back into the room until 3:40pm. Rude and tried to blame me for wasting HALF of a syringe because I changed my mind on that particular body part (at that point, nothing was signed that I was obligated to get both). Stay away from this unprofessional and unorganized spa.
