Everyone was friendly and informative.
This was the first time I seen the doctor and the staff was wonderful and very knowledgeable, my procedure went undetected. That is I felt no pain and it was over in seconds. You can tell the doctor knew exactly what he was doing.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE at the front desk. The receptionist was awful - VERY rude and unfriendly. They wouldn't see us because we arrived 10 minutes late due to heavy traffic in a construction zone (which is outside of our control). Terrible experience in the waiting room. There was no friendly greeting, no sense that she cared about her job or wanted to provide any customer service.
