WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE at the front desk. The receptionist was awful - VERY rude and unfriendly. They wouldn't see us because we arrived 10 minutes late due to heavy traffic in a construction zone (which is outside of our control). Terrible experience in the waiting room. There was no friendly greeting, no sense that she cared about her job or wanted to provide any customer service. Just left Dr. Philibin's office. I am an older person and have never had a tooth extracted. I was very nervous to say the least. Dr. Philibin and his staff put me at ease immediately. I would recommend Dr. Philibin to anyone. Very good experience.
