I had an appointment at 9:30. I finally was called back to get vitals from nurse at 9:53. After vitals she put me in a room to wait at 10:03. Dr finally came in room at 10:40. I understand some patients need a little extra time to explain their symptoms etc but at least let the other ones know it's going to take a longer wait time.
