I have read the negative reviews, but based on my experience, they must be speaking of a completely different dental practice. I had a bad experience with a dentist when I was a child, and as result developed a fear of dentists. I am now a young adult with 4 painful, impacted wisdom teeth. Dr Nguyen, his surgical nurse, Cathy, and everyone in the office and triage are very kind and patient. They explained the procedure thoroughly and answered all of my, (and my Mom's!) questions. Horrible experience with this "doctor". He caused major sinus problems after pulling out an implant on upper jaw. A hunk of my jaw came with the implant causing sinus to drip into hole. HE NEVER WROTE THIS IN MY FILE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Serious condition I have been suffering with for over a year and staff is unprofessionally unhelpful as well when I 1st had the surgery.
