I went to Dr. Johnson because I was having major stomach pains. He gave me some kind of shot that they didn't tell me what it was or what it was for. The doctor just had his nurse come in with the shot and he didn't tell me that he was going to give me a shot. When I left his office, I became deathly ill with a bleeding peptic ulcer and had to be rushed to the hospital (in Birmingham). They will not work with you on appointments. The front desk person who answered the phone was VERY RUDE in trying to work with me on my appoi... read more

Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while. Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Was this provider's office too loud? Dr. Dawson has always been accessible and informative in his exams. One thing he did that is a little unusual was I had a problem with one eye ona a Friday which is usually his non-office day,. I called the office and he met me in the office for an exam.
