I love my Dr, he's amazing! But as for the front staff the girls are rude and have no time to deal with u. To try and cancel a appointment is impossible , can't leave a message it's always full, I have had to go in just to make a appointment or to cancel " sad " but mainly I find the girls up front are the worst unfortunately! If someone was having a hard time in life these girls would make them feel very low. Dr Holman is amazing love him but not the office.

Impossible to get through to anyone..the mailbox is always either full so it doesn't even ring or nobody picks up
Exellent service, Dr. Holman and his staff are great, as are the other doctors at Muskoka medical clinic.
