I adore her. She believes me when I tell her I have an issue. She made sure my annual exams were done. While I may have had to wait ro see her, I did not mind. Once she was with me, she gave me care. She tried to do so for each patient.
Entire staff is warm, caring and efficient.
Dr. Morton is an amazing Dr. However the times I’ve always came on time my appointments always run 1hr or so over it’s Very unprofessional to schedule an appointment if everything never going to on time there’s no way I should have an appointment at 1:45pm and ask how much longer at 2:25pm and I get told about 30 minutes more. This office has inconvenienced my time and gas money to drive over here. No respect at all for peoples time, VERY VERY INCONSIDERATE.
Dr. Morton-Acker is wonderful! She is knowledgeable, caring, and she actually takes TIME to discuss what's going on with me, options and recommended appropriate treatments. Most other doctors I've had were in and out in 5 minutes which meant I spent more time with the nurses than with the doctor. That is not the case with Dr. Morton-Aker. Having face time with my doctor is very important so I always make sure I'm on a health insurance plan that includes her in the network. 10/10
I would not refer no one to this doctors office because I have been getting the run around about my daughter medical record being sent it has been since August of 2023 that the information has been sitting in there office of Dr Acker to release my child’s record and to no avail it has been done all I get is excused from the people in the office! Never again will I seek medical attention from them. This is bad for business!!!
