My experience with Dr. Riesch was painless, professional, and pleasant. Staff were friendly, transparent, thorough, and trustworthy. I felt comfortable the entire time. I have required Dr. Riesch's service on numerous occasions for tooth (or, in one case, tooth root) extractions. I've always been treated with courtesy by him and his staff. Each extraction was pain free with no complications. I realize it's not like that for everyone, but I would recommend this professional to anyone who needed help from an oral surgeon.
Dr. Riesch was fantastic for my son. He was a straight-shooter about the procedure, and was reassuring without sugar-coating the information my nervous 12 year old needed to hear. The office staff was responsive and friendly from the first time we reached out until the bill came due.
We were greeted with kindness and asked to fill out a quick form. My husband had to have a tooth pulled and our regular dentist would not pull it, so we were referred to Dr. Riesch. From the moment we walked in to the time we walked out was 20 minutes! Amazing physician, fantastic staff. Dr. called us later that evening to check in on how my husband was feeling. So caring and professional, approachable and just overall a great experience!! Thank you so very much Dr. Riesch and support staff!! You guys rock!!
