Doctor Griffin himself is a good surgeon however his office is being managed by an unqualified office manager, Star. After paying thousands of dollars they kept sending me a 50 dollar bill and I kept telling them to use the credit on my husband account. This took several attempts and Star was extremely rude to me. Do be aware. She kept hat tasing me on top of it.
Dr Griffin is hands down the best dental surgeon available in the US. I had an extremely complex case involving 3 lost teeth, and up to 18 surgeries with jawbone and gum tissue grafts. After 6 years of terrible dentists and surgeries, Dr Griffin restored my entire mouth, I live in London, UK and travelled to Boston specifically for his care. 13 years later and my implants, crowns and veneers are still in perfect condition. I can recommend Dr Griffin highly enough
