I would just like be known that I'm well satisfied with everyone!!!!!
After a few yars with Dr. Stapleton, she moved to another Estate and the office now unders another adminstration, do not have appointment for the next three months. It is a shame. Be aware they do not care about yor health, sp[ecially if you are using Healt Insurance.
Worst PCP clinic I have experienced. Terri Stapleton nurse , Kim is terrible and has lost all understanding, compassion, etc Not helpful at all! Very rude, cuts you off mid conversation. The doctor doesn’t even listen to complaints to know what to do to treat them.
Literally the worst front desk workers I have ever experienced. Took time off of work and came for my appointment and it wasn’t on the calendar any more. They insisted I’d never made it. Then trying to make a new appointment was so ridiculous, like they didn’t seem to understand how to work their own program. It was honestly so embarrassing for the practice.
