Doctor and staff do not communicate well! Dr acted like she was above us and was no help.

Arrived 15 minutes early at 7:45 am for an 8o'clock appointment. I am in a wheelchair and my wife had an appointment as well. We were greeted nicely and told to sit down until called. Someone called me to do a breathing test outside at about 8:15. We were put in an exam room and were told the doctor would see us soon. My pain level at this point was about a 2. Dr. Jeffers used to be a good doctor but her office has gone downhill.

I cannot begin to tell everyone how wonderful Dr. Jeffers is. Dr. Adrian Williamson gave me her reference. She's the most knowledgeable and thorough Dr. Everyone dreams of having. She's helped me more than I can explain. Mrs. Karen and the entire staff have gone above and beyond expectations to help me so many many times. I highly recommend Dr. Jeffers to anyone without hesitation. The Dr. And staff are really in their professions because they really care.
