Dr. Edger was amazing! He explained everything so that we all understood what was happening with my 11 yr old son! He made the visit very welcoming to my son as he joked around and laughed with him during the visit! He made us all comfortable
Our nurse, Michaelena (sorry for spelling) was amazing with my little Loui. He cried when she left the room, which has never happened, but he loved her! He was excited to meet Dr. Edgar, who was playful and made the check-up comfortable for a three year old as well. Dr. Edgar asked questions and drew pictures to help me understand my son's brain. Dr. Edgar is an extremely amazing doctor. He has always made my son feel comfortable and made everything easy to understand. I was blessed to find him.
Scheduling was very easy. The reception staff was friendly. The EEG tech was knowledgeable and kind. The nurse was very helpful answering our questions. Dr. Edgar was wonderful. He had an excellent bedside manner. He spoke to us clearly and made sure we were understanding the information. He was personable and made us feel very comfortable with our daughter's care plan.
