If I could leave a negative rating, I would. A careless mistake made at my sons appointment 6 yrs ago has left him with permanent hearing loss . Another ENT immediately said this could have been avoided and kept apologizing for my son to have to go thru this. Fast forward to now and my son, 12 yrs old, is 100% deaf in one ear after even going to specialist for surgery to try to improve this. I would not take anyone I care about to this dr. This was completely avoidable but u go trusting they will take care of you.
One of the female employees was vaping in front of my under age daughter in the office. They make decisions without consulting parents, without my consent or knowledge they had a doctor come in that was from sulphur and do a test then they sent me invoice for a copay for that doctor. The referral was to see Dr. Gozaine not other doctors from other clinics.
The staff here are ALL super helpful and accommodating any time we have hàd appointments and/or had to reschedule one. I really appreciate that they get straight to the point of what is happening and what procedure does or does not have to be done. I recommend Dr. Gozaine for ear, nose, and throat issues you may have.
Dr. Gozaine performed surgery on my neck leaving a beautiful incision. Instead of finding the cyst were suspended, he found large egg size benign tumor. And so I begin on a path to find out how to live successfully with neurofibromatosis. I was very pleased with his manner, his knowledge, his own self confidence that was not aggrandizement, but a beautiful surety of his own abilities. It was refreshing. It doesn't hurt he's very handsome!
Great doctor in my opinion. Appointments are quick, he's very colloquial and responds honestly to questions. Had my tonsils out in no time flat (after several others refused to care about my recurring issues), and the recovery was a breeze. Highly recommend.
