She is generous with her time and listens closely to understand your child/children's needs and how to support educational and social skills development. A scholar, author, community builder, trained for culturial/ethnic diversity, highly professional and very accessible with insights for helping your family's special needs support, Dr. Champion has made an enormou positive contribution to our child and family. I searched and searched for a Speech Therapist/Pathologist for my son and came across Dr. Champion. I was also told by a good friend about Dr. Champion. I am so glad I found her. Initially my son would attend sessions and would not produce or very minimal to nothing. Then one day Dr. Champion sprinkle some magic and he connected. He began interacting and producing more language and speech. Now I can't get him to stop talking and his favorite sentence now is - " I want to talk to you!" I highly recommend to see Dr. Champion.
Since, my son has been going to Dr. Champion I have seen a tremendous improvement in his speech. He is more conversational and able to express his thoughts and feelings.
Dr. Champion is amazing. Since my son has been seeing her he has improved tremendously. She has gone out of her way to ensure that my son and the other children at his school have access to services that will aid their growth and development. 10/10 recommend!
Dr Champion is very passionate about what she does. My son’s teachers has noticed major improvements in a such a short period of time. My son loves going to her.
