Dr. Vesa, while at first seeming empathetic, utterly failed us. She never saw us in person after our first appt despite arranging necessary, emergency, meetings SIX consecutive times where we were left waiting for a Dr. who never came, even while hospitalized. To top it off, Dr. Vesa told my wife no one could help her because she was a "difficult" patient. The amazing doctors at GI Associates accomplished more in 1 week than Dr. Vesa could in 2 months. We trusted her and we hurt for it.
Dr. Vesa is professional and very thorough in her explanations of diagnosis and treatment options. She has a pleasant bedside manner and her expertise for myself and my spouse put me at ease. Her youth and beauty is a plus, but don't let that fool you. She is about the business of providing exceptional care. No answering machine for appointments
