Place is good and the team is caring. But 2/2 appointments now, I have waited 15-35 minutes after appointment time just to be seen by a vet tech. Both times I was one of two in the lobby, so not a particularly busy day. They are great, but just recognize the Appnt times are long in duration.
When our regular vet unexpectedly canceled our euthanasia appointment at the last minute, we were devastated and scrambling. Our dog was in a lot of pain, and this office was able to fit us in right away even though we had never been there before. I love this place for my little one. They are very kind, and they take care of your babies. Very professional and excellent service.
For awareness, it can cost $63 for anal gland expression at this vet. Will not take my dog back after 3 years of going there. I read other reviews about the up charges lately. I called ahead and confirmed the price on the phone. I was charged double that for my dog being back for 3 minutes. It's completely in affordable and I would not recommend. No excuse reply needed from 2nd ave either.
