Their customer service is terrible. You will call and be told one thing then get there and it will be something else. I came to pick up a prescription and it took over half an hour for the front desk lady McKenzie to figure out what prescription my dog even needed. She tried to tell me he never had a prescription and I didn’t know what I was talking about when the Vet told us we had to start the dog on this medicine.
