Dr. S worked on my tonsils a while back, nobody else would believe me when I said they were painful and swollen! He's been nothing short of helpful, I've had no problems with his staff, nor any with scheduling. I would definitely recommend Dr. Schwatzenfeld!
I am only a patient here because it's the only place I could find that takes my insurance. I have had numerous problems from wrongly filling out a referral for a CT scan (wrong first name! And included dye that was unnecessary which resulted in me having a panic attack from fear of needles which I told them). They almost refused my allergy test because I took Xanax beforehand, because THEY found out the day before that it may have antihistamines in it, and didn't tell me.
