The doctor may be good, but I didn’t get past the nasty receptionist answering the phone. I wasn’t sure how to set up my dad’s appt and was trying to get information. She was rude, condescending, and referred to my father as “someone off the street.” It’s the first time I’ve ever hung up on an office.
