Gave 1 star because you can't give zero. Went to store this past Sunday. I was the only customer in the store. Told the guy that I needed my charging port replaced. He looked at me and asked "You want me to fix this now?" Well yeah - it's not like your busy buddy. I then asked if he had the port in stock. He looked in a desk drawer and said no.
