Friendly professional staff
I like the doctor’s office and selection but you need to fix your online appointment registration. I just took off work and drove to the office to be told “it has to confirm the appointment after your schedule it”. What does that even mean? If someone schedules, that typically means they need that appointment time. If there is more to the process, it should be highlighted clearly what the patient needs to do. Now I’ve just wasted an hour of time.
Everyone was very polite, professional, and helpful.
The staff that run this business needs a round of applause they are always so friendly and are happy to answer any question you have or concern
Very friendly atmosphere and thorough exam. Haven't received glasses yet! A bit disappointed in frame selection.
