Called today on the off chance they had an opening - they squeezed my daughter in today! She is 4 and was treated well and had a great experience. Very pleased with our experience here.
Asked the staff the price for the whole thing before beginning the appt. Was told 67. So I said okay go ahead. My daughter picked out her glasses and another lady told me my price was 267! I asked why did it jump bc that's not what I was told at the beginning. The lady told me that these are cheap. Will not ever use this place again.
I've called 4 times in 3 days, my girlfriend called 10 times in a row nobody answer's the phone. I left 2 messages in 2 days and never got a call back. I'm an over the road truck driver and I'm limited on the days I can get in for an appointment. I seen thos place was in my town and had 5 stars so I wanted to do business with them but they lost a customer because they can't answer a phone.

Dr Rich was awesome! The ladies got me in and out. Gave me tea, helped me with my selection. This is the only place I will go for my eye care!
