Refusal of Refund. Stole/Scam of $1100. Signed up for a tattoo removal package of at least 13 sessions. Took out a loan and paid Dr. Tattoff Dallas $1100. Received one session day of payment, and shortly after became pregnant. Requested a refund from the office, but they referred me to another phone number. I really hate writing reviews because I believe people should make decisions based on their own experiences, however if a place just wows me I will take the time to acknowledge them. The same goes for when a place does not meet basic expected standards. For instance, I called Dr. Tattoff 3 times today during "business hours" (which may be mythical) and no one ever picked up the phone. Can I give 0 stars?! What ever you do, don't buy a package. If I could give 0 stars, I would. My other half bought a package to remove 2 tattoos in their Frisco location, which closed down several weeks ago. The manager, Melody told her that they are not issuing any refunds, and gave me a benign corporate # and email address to contact with my concerns. They owe us over $2,284.04 in services. 0 stars. I had an appointment at the Dallas location on 9/10/2016 at 11:45 am for my second treatment of tattoo removal. I was sent a reminder 9/6/2016 of my appointment. I Was not notified that they were closing the Dallas location! I tried to call with questions but the number was disconnected. There wasn't even a a courtesy call to tell paying patients that had up and coming appointments not to waste their time and drive all the way out there because you all were close. I am disappointed.
