Dr Klaus is the most SWEETEST and most professional dr I’ve ever met. I am an EDS patient, and he truly understands it & I truly feel like I am in safe hands with him. He has the nicest best side manner and you can tell he truly cares for his patients. If you are able to get in with him do not pass him up!
I waited 3 months for an appointment for an important analysis. I visited the office twice personally to ensure that the appointment had been confirmed due to their extensive requirements. Today, days before the appoinment a staff person in charge of referrals contacted me. Her assertion was that due to everyone else not doing their job properly meant that I may have to pay for the visit out of pocket. The blame fell squarely on her shoulders. My first visit with Dr. Klaus was very productive and he took the time to address my concerns ....I find him to be very competent and patient in this learning process for me , in coming to realization with what I am up against ....I hope all future visits are as fruitful , and I look forward to Dr Klaus continuing with guiding my rehabilitation ....The entire staff was pleasant and cordial ...
