Ms. Wilson who is an office assistant is very unprofessional and ghetto. It is truly sad that she is a representative of Dr. Mixon because I hear nothing but great things about her. However Ms. Wilson just caused her to lose a potential patient.
I liked how quickly I was able to see her. How well she listened to my issues and did her best to resolve them.
Horrible doesn’t care about patient health . Go to another provider
Dr. Mixon is friendly, knows her stuff, explains well, and makes me feel accepted and calm. I like her a lot. She always answers my questions and respects me.
Not satisfied! Dr. Mixon was not personable and rushed through my appointment like she was on fire and the water was outside the exam room. Beware Dr. Dixon former patients - the last name is the only thing that is similar - the care is NOT even close. I will not be back.
The front staff was very rude an unprofessional an when the office manger came to the front to speak with me she was very rude unprofessional an accusing me of lying due to the staff lack of knowledge on explaining the procedures very unacceptable no manners nobody even greeted me when I came in I didn’t even get a chance to see dr mixion an a new patient horrible service they new better people in the front office except that lady with the long blond hair
If you are looking for a doctor that reminds you of( doc) on the little house on the prairie. She is a female him she nice kind very professional and will make sure your satisfied and the office is so comfortable I give this office 5 stars thanks Dr Mix on I'm all better.
Dr. Mixon and her staff have been efficient, professional, caring and compassionate as I've transitioned into her practice. Dr. Mixon honors my knowledge of my own body and medical history, while utilizing her expertise to treat my current conditions and issues. I've found doctor and staff responsive and willing to take time/listen to my concerns.
