Everyone was pleasant and saw us in spite of our being late, which I greatly appreciated. It was our first time there, a follow up after an urgent care visit to another facility. We needed to establish a relationship with them. I was comfortable there and will use them again if necessary.
DO NOT LET THIS MAN TREAT YOU. If I could give negative stars I would. My eye muscle was severed during a nasal surgery. I'm still over a year later paying eye specialists to work with my eye. I've had one surgery and will probably need another. My life has been completely tossed upside down. I'm out multiple thousands of dollars in effort to restore some normalcy while this incompetent Dr gets to keep on living his life without any consequences or repercussions. As a Surgeon and ENT... Dr. Yunus is the best around!!!!!! He is knowledgeable, excellent at his craft, very nice... however, his bedside manner is straight and to the point which I personally appreciate. His office staff is difficult to get a response from at times but Dr. Yunus himself is worth the hassle. If you can't handle a Dr that doesn't sugar coat things then go elsewhere but miss out on a talented surgeon.
Staff very friendly and helpful! Wait time is always minimal and Dr. Yunis is very thorough with his examinations and explanations. I highly recommend him!
