I am watching Dr. Tariq Haddad on Amanpour & Co. My heart breaks for the loss of more than 100 members of his extended family in Gaza. I am just one man in Iowa who is horrified at the continued loss of innocent lives as my government seems to give full support to Israel without regard for the annihilation of tens of thousands of people who have nowhere to go and no other country to receive them.
