Dr. Baghal is very thorough and communicates very well as well as his staff communicates very well and are very polite and helpful.. My trip to McLaren hospital compared to Henry Ford was remarkably better. McLaren hospital had a much cleaner atmosphere and the service was top-notch It felt like high class service and the people there seemed happy working there is what I noticed the most.
Wait times to be seen are terrible. Staff is unfriendly. There's no communication between doctors over test results or what tests should be ordered. Staff giving conflicting information. Wanted to add: This office doesn't call you for follow-up appointments (waited over 6 months as of this edit, 8-19-25), they don't remove tests that have been completed, claiming that they can't because "It was done on a different computer" AVOID THIS OFFICE AT ALL COSTS!
