This happened to me yesterday, when I was making an appointment for my mother to visit the clinic, so the employee asked me on the phone to fill out the data on their website, and when she tried to explain to me the name of the site, I asked her to return it to me because I do not know English completely, so when I asked her to do so Twice she laughed and this is what happened to me and for that I will file a complaint against them
The doctor that saw my 8 month old son didn't let me speak on my concerns she kept talking over me and pushed my sons soft spot with force. I did not like her at all i'm super disappointed with her will not be going back. made jokes on my sons feeding when we were discussing his weight.
