Dr. Silva and team are fantastic. Very professional and caring for those of us that are not keen on these visits. Connie is an outstanding RDH and helps translate the technical terms into simple statements that I can understand without having to ask and go away not actually knowing.. Thank-you very much!
Dr.Silva was really great! My procedure healed really well, and looks great. He was also very kind, as I was very nervous and helped make the procedure very smooth and easy. He explained everything very well, and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend him. Thank you!
Dr. Michael Silva has been absolutely awesome! I can't recommend him highly enough! I recently had a difficult procedure and he was so kind and knowledgable. He explained in detail exactly what would be happening throughout the whole treatment plan and was so patient and understanding about my anxiety and apprehension. Staff are very professional. They prepped me every step of the way before the surgery. The surgeon did not overpromise and the results exceeded expectations. Having experienced this before at other places, this place delivered the best results with minimal pain.
Did a lot of inspections insurance can not cover, and no pre-communication before inspection. I have to pay a lot. So many clerks at the front desk, but no one would like to explain the fees for you before they charge you.
