This clinic is poorly organized ,I got an appointment after three months , and it was confirmed several times during the week before the appointment . I reached to the clinic on time after driving from Guelph to Waterloo, a lady took few pictures and said Dr will see you soon , I was trapped on the dental chair for 45 minutes and the Dr did not show up , he he was engaged in surgery , that should have scheduled (I mean the delay) before driving a long way to the clinic , I left the clinic and they were supposed to fix anothe... read more
I had a great experience from start to finish for my gum grafting. All of the staff and Dr. Silva were knowledgeable, professional and very kind. Dr. Silva did a fantastic job on my gums and was there to support and answer any questions I had for him. He’s very good at what he does. My gums have healed beautifully.
Dr. Silva and team are fantastic. Very professional and caring for those of us that are not keen on these visits. Connie is an outstanding RDH and helps translate the technical terms into simple statements that I can understand without having to ask and go away not actually knowing.. Thank-you very much!
Dr.Silva was really great! My procedure healed really well, and looks great. He was also very kind, as I was very nervous and helped make the procedure very smooth and easy. He explained everything very well, and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend him. Thank you!
Dr. Michael Silva has been absolutely awesome! I can't recommend him highly enough! I recently had a difficult procedure and he was so kind and knowledgable. He explained in detail exactly what would be happening throughout the whole treatment plan and was so patient and understanding about my anxiety and apprehension.
