Rude receptionist, bad attitude, sounded like she just smoked weed before answering my call and extremely sarcastic when I asked a question. she told me she " just answers the phones" and it wasn't a medical question... I canceled my appointment before I even finished the phonecall...If SHE is a representation of that office ...RUN!!!
Dr shah a very caring Doctor. Answered all my questions took her time with me. I did not feel rushed she made sure I understood everything!

I had the worse experience with her and staff, medical assistant was very aggressive with me, not listening to me, i was brush off all time by dr shaw and her medical assistant ,never spoken to me when i call for dr shaw ,i had to deal with a very nasty medical assistant, Gave me hard to follow up my lab work nor prior otber health issues as my vacular desease that was clog in my neck that raise my blood sugar, didnt care about my other medications i take only wanted about dietebetes!!
