Not sure what’s up with this place, but I gave them a few tries. Initially, the vibes were OK and the dentist seemed to care about my progress. As time has gone on, it’s clear that the staff seem a bit disjointed and sort of miserable. The last time I was in there a staff member was at the front desk screaming about not wanting to have to teach someone how to floss. Clean facility, nice employees, straight forward doctor.

I requested a appointment on their website because I believed my implant was infected. Someone called me and said there was nothing the dentist could do, that I should go back to the dentist that put in the implant in. Maybe Dr. Patel is not equipped to handle those type of issues.
