Dr. Whalen did not address my concerns and had a pre determined speech/treatment which focused on my baby “being side-bent”. Without asking any questions or having a discussion she told me that she had determined my baby’s “side bend” was the issue. Before I even had a chance to talk, the visit was almost over. I finally told her my concern about the noise made during suckling. I demonstrated the noise, and her response was “oh that does sound concerning, but we don’t have time today to address that”.
