One of the worst experiences I ever had with a doctor. Saw Dr. Allen about 2.5 years ago. She was very rude and dismissive to me. I tried to tell her the experiences of had with recurrent kidney stones and she literally cut me off while explaining, and even said I was "pre-traumatizing". What a stupid term. I told my family and they agreed I shouldn't go back. Dr Allen is awesome and I highly recommend her. She takes the time to really listen to my concerns and considers these things when creating a treatment plan. Dr. Allen and her staff are always professional, friendly and very knowledgable. I also love the aesthetics of their office…looks and feels like a spa rather than a doctor’s office.
I have had at least 2 Telehealth appointments and they both went great. No connection issues and necessary prescriptions were filled seamlessly with my preferred pharmacy. My first appointment was an in office appointment because I had a procedure. That had to be done in the office. I highly recommend Dr. Allen and the Funurology Group and will continue to utilize their services as long as needed.
I truly cannot say enough good things about Dr. Allen and the office in general. I have had terrible experiences with Urologists. Dr. Allen listened to everything I had to say with empathy and I truly felt like she cared about me and wanted to provide me with the care I needed. I would absolutely suggest this office for women who have been burned in the past or are hesitant about getting care..
