I was running a bit behind to my morning appointment I called to let them know the lady on the phone informed me I had a 15 minute time over my scheduled appointment. If I was not there by that time frame I would have to sit in the waiting room to be seen after the next scheduled person. I had no problem doing that. Waiting room looks like someone threw 10 chairs and left them where ever they landed. When I finally got the chance to sign in and speak with the woman behind the counter she insisted I stand at the window with her as I filled it out. She wanted me to whisper my personal information to her. I was asked to write my emergency contact in a sticky note.
