waited several appointments across 2 months and until surgery was scheduled to ask for a $7500 nonrefundable charge before even attempting to bill insurance. told me their “practice isnt for everyone” and if i couldnt afford that they could send my records somewhere else. had surgery with another provider and there were 0 issues with insurance coverage.
It's been about 10 months since my successful surgery so I feel that enough time has passed to write an informed review. Right from the start Dr Ferguson and her team put me at ease and dealt with all my questions and concerns. The surgery itself was a breeze and I was walking with an aid out of the facility about 8hrs after I arrived. Dr. Ferguson is by far one of the best physicians I have ever met. After seeing five different orthopedic surgeons and undergoing one failed surgery, my case was considered so complex that I was referred to her.
