I’ve had a very positive experience. What I appreciate most is how thoughtful and present the approach is — sessions are consistently reflective and genuinely thought-provoking. I always feel listened to, without judgment, and guided in a way that encourages clarity rather than prescribing answers. Communication is also excellent; it’s reassuring to know support is always just a phone call away when needed. Overall, a very attentive, grounded, and professional experience that I would confidently recommend

Dr. Alaby-Verma is compassionate and you will see the results of it through continued therapy. She takes her time and is thoughtful of each client and does her best to help mold a positive environment for healthy minds with her practice.
