Curt and unhelpful. Seemed to want to get off the phone quickly (it was a phone visit).
Full disclosure: I’ve been seeing my usual physician for over twenty- five years; he’s not a KP employee but my insurance plan covers visits to him. For today’s issue, I decided to give KP a try. Wow. It’s been a long time since I felt like I was on a conveyor belt. Dr. Escamilla’s tone, after a perfunctory “nice to meet you”- without eye contact, was coldly clinical and condescending.
