Dr Tan, has helped diagnosed my son who is Asd lv2, Pda and Adhd combined. Dr Tan has been amazing, he is softly spoken but extremely knowledgeable, very observant and sees things that us as parents dont always recognise. He is Pda aware and has been very helpful with finding the right combination of medications.
The doctor is 30 minutes late for my appointment
Lost my son’s detail in the system, but then found it 2 mins later only to tell me he still have 3 years wait even though we’ve been waiting for more than 1 year. Horrible admins, hopefully they can improve the admin system as everyone is complaining about the same thing.
Always helpful with everything. Couldn’t ask for a better doctor care for my daughter.
My daughter has been going to Dr Tan for 3 years. We have been trying to contact him now for the past 3 months via emails and phone and receive no reply? We don't understand why? It's very frustrating as we can't get a script or even arrange her follow appointment. I'm concerned for my poor 10 year old daughter. Can someone in this clinic please contact us to explain what's going on?
