I recently took a class led by Tammy and another practitioner. It focused on deep relaxation and regulating the nervous system. The class was wonderful and my body felt deeply rested afterwards. Tammy is passionate about her work and helping people heal.
I came to Dr. Tammy not entirely sure what I was walking into — and walked out with a map of myself I didn't know I was missing. She is rare. She works at the intersection of traditional wisdom and science, Chinese medicine and emotional intelligence, the body and the story it's been quietly telling or giving alarms about. Tammy is an incredibly talented bodyworker and intuitive. She understood my body on a very deep and technical level, providing the realignment and release that I needed. I felt relaxed and as though I had a new body for days afterwards. Her work is great for those of us with overtaxed nervous systems. Can't recommend her work enough!
Dr Tammy is an incredibly gifted healer! She understands the body on a level that I have not seen before. Her body work is both well-studied and intuitive. My body felt wonderful long after seeing her and I was given insight and tools to carry into my day-to-day life.

Her presence is grounded and attentive, which made it easy to stay engaged and comfortable throughout the workshop. I left feeling more centered and with clear tools I could continue using afterward.
