Great doctor!
Friendly Atmosphere and staff.
I have been to Dr. Boyd’s office a few times and I have rarely ever felt like I was actually being cared for and treated. Every time I see her she is always in a rush to get through my appointment, sometimes not even discussing the issues that I came to see her about. I never feel that I’m taken seriously or treated as a respected patient.
I presented with joint pain in multiple joints. She did a basic arthritis panel which doesn't test for everything and basically I never heard from her. I have called the practice 3 times without any help. I had to call and request a referral. I would have been nice if she would have followed up with me, ran additional tests (they need to be done and will be done by the specialist but I don't see why there should be a delay), came up with a plan and prescribed something to help with my pain.
