Everyone in the office is from the front to the back are very nice. The lady at checkout saw me walk in and immediately asked me to step to her desk since the lady at the front was on the phone. I sat down and was not waiting longer than 5 minutes to go to the back. The nurse that took me to the back was very nice and attentive to my concerns. Dr Hilbert is always so easy to talk to and so patient. She listens to my concerns and offers multiple options! I have been a patient at this practice for 21 years and I would not even think about going anywhere else! I also love that they are always ON TIME. Literally it's like clockwork! Such a welcoming office, they make you feel like family!
My mammogram was negative in end of May and I saw Dr. Hilbert that same week and she found a lump in my breast approximately the size of a blueberry. She sent me for an immediate ultrasound, which confirmed the malignancy and then an MRI, confirming 2 additional 6mm tumors underneath. I have nothing but good experiences with Dr. Hilbert and her team. Starting with the staff in the office, the front office staff are always so kind and welcoming.
