The date of this review is 4/11/24. After two months, working with Dr. Ouellette, I can say with confidence that she is a great psychologist. I don't know what led others to leave low reviews, as my experience has been positive. I appreciate how Dr. Ouellette really takes the time to get to know all the factors impacting my mental health. Dr. Ouellette is a compassionate and caring psychologist. She was able to help me sort out, resolve or move through conflicts i experienced at work and at home. I found her very helpful and would recommend her without hesitation.
I work with her to help my husband for 8 years to help him. Even when I wrote her that he said she told him to divorce me. She didn’t bring us to explain why he lie. I know he was her patient but I am human. She could have had consideration for my feelings and well being. The whole reason I ask him to see her again was to do couple therapy. He told me he love but was not in love three day before I was burying my second mom!! Awful treatment by supposedly accredited Dr. Condescending, degrading, always getting mail, greeting a new client or taking breaks DURING OUR SESSIONS. Got nothing out of it but despondence and disconcerting outcome. So glad I found a real Dr!
