after six long hours in the er with heart rate that reached 148 bpm I was discharged with two prescriptions to help my terrible and dibilitating anxiety. On the way out I was a little scatter brained and somehow managed to lose my discharge papers and scripts. Upon having to get on my knees and beg for duplicates I was pomposley and rudley told no!
