Pretty bad. A family member of mine went in about treatment for migraines. They put them on Amitriptyline to test with but the doctor failed to put in the prescription amount correctly. Eventually, we ran out and were unable to get a refill...having to drop off a psychoactive medication cold-turkey. This is obviously dangerous. We called the office 3 times and even had the pharmacist try to reach out twice. We never got a reply after 3 weeks and by then, the withdraw symptoms were wrapping up. I hate that Dr. Saad has 3 stars on Google. Ignore those stars, they should be 5. Dr. Saad is HIGHLY educated and regarded here in Cincinnati as one of, if not the best in his field. I trust this man more than I trust my own self. He is attentive and knowledgeable. He knows his stuff. He has helped me though a rough time in my life and has kept his cool and wits about him. I have been a patient of Dr. Saad’s since 2015. He has seen me at my best and my worst. Happy, mad and sometimes even crying. Throughout those visits he has been consistent. Understanding and straightforward. Dr Saad, is honest about what needs to be done. What would be too much or too little. What I have to just deal with. Some patients do not like to hear that. My mother was to be seen here. To say the least the lady at the front desk had no compassion, understanding or empathy. My mother was transported via ambulance van from a nursing home for rehab...arrived at 10:46 a.m. due to traffic which was told cut-off time was 10:45 a.m. mind you the driver called and stated there was traffic and was not told she would not be seen.
