I have been gone from the Louisville area for a long time and reside in FL. My husband and I were a patient of Dr Cassis when she first started out in the downtown location and followed her to her new location. I have nothing but incredible things to say about this Dr. Just take a number and take a sit..it is well worth the wait...and it may take months to establish as a new patient. And always looked forward to see her pretty shoes and earrings.

I have been going to Dr Cassis for a long time and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I have full in her ability to manage my wellbeing. From the minute, you go in her office, her staff is so pleasant and always is so kind in your concern of why you are there. They exemplify what every front desk should look like. I want to tell you about one of the best experiences I have had as a patient. Ashland came in and asked me why I was here. I have cystic acne and she knew what I was going through she has it. I made the appointment a couple of month before I was given one. I finally get there to be surprised by the fact that I was seeing the nurse practitioner. If I had been told when I made the appointment that I would be waiting months to see someone who did not have the education and experience to take care of my complicated situation I would have gone elsewhere.

I thought they were great, but I haven't been in a few years (Hello, Covid!) Called to make an appointment to have a pre-cancerous area re-checked and was told since it had been 3 years, I was considered a "new Patient' and they aren't taking new patient appointments until the Fall. Terrible!!
