Very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional attitudes. I made an appointment when I called into the front desk and she was very short with me. I was still having issues from 3 weeks ago and needed to be seen. I was set up with Dr. Cassis. when Dr. Cassis walked in, she asked why I was there and said I was still having problems with a rash and itching. Best Dermatologist in Louisville hands down!
Hands down best Dermatologist in Louisville. After seeing several Drs, Dr Cassis was able it identify & treat my skin problem. The staff was so kind & the office was really nice. Overall, great experience!
Dr Cassis is amazing. I have been a patient for several years for my regular yearly mole and skin checks. Always extremely thorough with a comforting bedside manner. On one particular visit Dr Cassis noticed something concerning hiding on my head under the hair. Long story short, her quick action and attention to detail saved me from what could have been a bout with life threatening melanoma.
I have a rare skin condition and saw many doctors in Lou. Dr Cassis was the only one to figure out my diagnosis. Answered all my questions and made me feel so comfortable. She is so kind and caring and I never feel rushed through an appt. Can’t say enough great things about her!!

My family and many friends have seen Dr. Cassis for years. We love her and trust her to diagnose, treat and improve our skin! She is thorough and her staff is very helpful! My skin is now super healthy and I look the best I have in years! Thank you Dr. Cassis and staff!
The practice requires either a Credit Card or $75 be given while the own form states the card information /cash is ‘generally’ safe. As Someone that has been through identity theft, these options are not acceptable. The feeling I was left with is that the money is more important than the patient!
