I was a new patient. I call to reschedule my appointment. The girl answered the phone said hello. All I said was that not professional. I did know I had the right office. So I called back explain to the girl what happened. She told me to find another Dr. I been knowing Dr liss from the hospital over 20 years. You just don’t do that.
In all the years that I have been a patient of Dr. Liss, I have always found her to be professional, thorough and kind.
Very professional with good bedside manner! All my questions answered without feeling rushed! Front desk personnel always helpful!
I have been a patient of Dr Liss for 14 years. Not only is she caring and a great listener, she is an outstanding diagnostician. I totally trust her with all of my health concerns and I recommend her highly!!!
The absolute worst. Zero bed side manor. Office staff are great, but not the Dr. The prior reviews about her are very accurate. Being a Dr, treating people, you would think there would be a stronger sense of "service and kindness", not her, ZERO personality.
