As someone who hasn’t been to therapy until now, I want to say that Aleena is an amazing therapist and I would recommend her to anyone who’s either been before or is just starting! I feel very comfortable and safe talking to her about anything.
I have never been comfortable with therapy, but Aleena has completely changed my perspective on it. She creates such a welcoming environment that makes it easy to open up and be myself. She genuinely listens, is understanding, and has helped me see things from different perspectives. I’m very grateful for her support and would highly recommend her.
Highly recommend Aleena- whether you're completely new to therapy or just looking to change up your current provider. Her care and attention to detail is something we could all benefit from. Therapy can be very overwhelming but her approach makes it manageable.
