I am speechless about Dr Tamara Guzman Rodriguez. I had told her that I needed a surgical clearance from her, for a surgery I need. I explained to her that my surgery will be in ny, due to the fact that my neurosurgeon has always been the same one from ny. She asked what do I need for surgical clearance. And for me to send her an email with the information of my neurosurgeon. Lamentablemente, el servicio es pésimo. No atienden bien al paciente, y le dan las cita para casi un año, me enviaron hacer unos análisis nunca me llamaron, luego me llaman a las 6 meses que donde estaban los analisis? La Dra Tamara Guzmán, no escucha al paciente. Pésimo lugar -0
If I could give a ZERO I would. This is the worst Doctors office I have ever been to. I was prescribed iron pills and was told that my iron was low. They told me that they were going to run more tests and call me in a week. On the first call they told me they never prescribed me the pills. I told them I have a bottle with their name on it, but still they denied it. On the second call they told me that if i had the pills to keep taking them, so i did. I waited for another call and again they tried telling me my iron was fine.... read more
